Process: How are we going to collaborate?

Our processes are designed to be as simple, efficient and straightforward as possible:

  1. SAY HELLO: You choose the service and contact us by compiling our contact form.

  2. PROPOSAL: We get back to you with a proposal, timeline and all other necessary information.

  3. ONLINE QUESTIONNAIRE: Once the deal is sealed, we send you an online questionnaire to complete as well as upload all necessary information.

  4. PROJECT START: Once we have received all requested information and data and the advance payment has been done, it’s time for you to …

  5. … RELAX, while we are working on your project.

  6. REVISION LOOP/S: Depending on the service/s you have chosen, we go through the number of planned revision loops in order to make sure all is exactly as you envisioned it to be.

  7. CONCLUSION & HANDOVER: Once the project is completed, you get from us the agreed on deliverables. Be it your logo files, the brand manual or website access.

  8. STAY IN TOUCH: At the end of our collaboration, say “see you again” instead of “good bye”. We love to stay in touch with our dreamers and doers and support them further.

What’s a revision loop?

For every service a certain number of revision loops are planned. During these loops we present you with various design proposals so that you can give us feedback and tell us exactly what you expect and what needs to be changed. As per our work ethos, also every revision loop is perfectly organised by a questionnaire in order to get all your feedback in the most efficient and straightforward way.

What kind of data and content do you need to provide us with?

The kind of data we need is directly connected to the services you have chosen. If we create your stunning online portfolio already via the kick-off questionnaire we will request data and information about your business and services, descriptions of products, photos, etc.

The questionnaire is structured in such a way that it will be easy for you to answer our questions. And your answers and submitted information will enable us to design a truly personal, authentic and meaningful product.

Why are the Squarespace fees not included in your rates?

The Squarespace fees are directly linked to the services you need as well as to the payment method you choose.

What third-party costs are not included in your fees?

All of our costs are stated in EURO and exclusive of value added tax.

Everything we are able to calculate upfront, we include in the or never fees. However, there are costs that might apply to one of our clients and not to another. Therefore, should third-party costs apply, we will first discuss them with you, and once approved, charge for at cost.

  • All Squarespace fees such as fees for domains, plug-ins, email-addresses, etc.

  • Purchase of fonts to create requested graphic designs, logos, business cards, etc.

  • Purchase of photos, requested or chosen specifically by you, etc.

  • Printing costs for business cards, etc.

  • Any other costs that are provided by a third-party and needed to achieve the agreed on project goal

Were you drunk when you did the pricing - where do all the 444s, 888s, 1111s, etc. come from?

GREAT question. And believe us, you’re not the first to ask. Our short answer is NO. The longer one is that all of our fees have been thoroughly calculated to provide you with the best possible deal while never compromising on the highest quality, authentic style and meaningfulness of our services.

However, we believe in the freedom to do things differently and authentically. Therefore we discarded the typical boring psychological pricing approach and are happy to see so many lucky numbers on our or never website.
